For decades, I have been interested in the health and healing-supporting properties of herbs.
In 2000, I co-founded a Health Food Store for Pets franchise. In 2020, I decided to move on from there and follow my passion for living in alignment with and deeply connecting with the Earth.
Reconnection
Many of us who live in the city often feel disconnected from the natural world and how she contributes to our health, peace, and healing.
However, it is possible to bring these elements into our urban surroundings.
Herbal Wellness
My passion and connection with herbs and medicinal plants exploded when I began creating my food forest. I have completed 70% of a Practical Herbalist Diploma from Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine to assist people in growing and harvesting plants for teas and herbal medicines, and for those interested in adding these plant allies to their food forest.
By learning about and growing herbs, we can take further steps to place healing and herbal remedies in our own hands.
